Certifications

EVIDENCE BASED PERFORMANCE MEASURES® IMPACT PERFORMANCE REVIEWS, REPORTING AND TEAM RELATIONSHIPS, AND CAREER TRAJECTORIES, MAKING A SIGNIFICANT DIFFERENCE IN THE LIVES OF OTHERS.

Two levels of certification are available:

EBPM Practitioner: Successful candidates complete a one week in-class course including evening assignments, role play and exams. The course certifies alumni to assist fellow employees in appending EBPM to their goals and objectives.

EBPM Master Consultant: Pre-requisite: EBPM Practitioner Certification Successful candidates complete all facets of a 3 year cohort program involving:

a. 6 days in-class annually (usually 2 days per quarter) with related assignments and testing

b. portfolio documentation of 3 years of EBPM consultations and instruction

c. participation in the online Quarterly EBPM Certification Maintenance Program and monthly instructor telecons

The course certifies alumni to deliver the 40-hour EBPM Practitioner course within their licensed organizations using licensed materials, and qualifies them to serve as members of the EBPM Board Certification Committee.
Tri-annual re-certification is required to maintain instructor credentials.
